Some say that you are what you eat, think, read, wear, love, etc. However I’ve been thinking about this for a while ((I’ve even posted this in different context a year ago)) and come with slightly different conclusion:
You are what you fear
Most of our actions are result of what we avoid the most. Try thinking about it: Why do you go to school? Why do you go to work? Why do you value money highly? Why do you take care of your children? Why do you pray? Why do you spent whatever amount of money to the hospital to cure your sickness? Etc.
If you are what you fear, the important question is:
What do you actually fear?
Why do you fear it?
