The Power of Habit – Why we do what we do and how to change. Poasibly the best non-fiction book I read in year. Habit is a “program” we wrote through repetition until we do it unconsciously. A must read for anyone who wonders why do i keep doing this stupid stuff even though i know it’s stupid over and over again.
