My former manager once jokingly told me that learning typography is a curse because texts are everywhere these days yet most texts have incorrect kernings: Everywhere you see is never ending incorrect spaces between letters.
That day i realize that people see the world differently; what they know and understand determine how they “see” the world.
Let’s say there is a new interesting building in town.
Architects probably wonder why it is shaped the way it is.
Civil engineers probably wonder how it is being built.
Finance folks probably wonder who own and finance the building + its financing scheme.
Etc, etc.
It brought different questions to different head with different knowledge.
The same object brought different questions.
Thus what you “see” and what others “see” are probably different: You might see a problem while in the “right” mind it probably a ground breaking chance.
