There’s a great reward for “easier & better”.

Google is not the first search engine, but it’s easier and better than the existing solution.

Facebook is not the first social network, but it’s easier and better than existing solution.

iPhone is not the first smartphone, but it’s easier and better than existing solution.

Lots of phenomenal things aren’t the first solution ever, but they’re just ridiculously easier and obviously better.

Now I look at what I’m trying to make, and I ask myself:

How can I make this easier and better?
